The raw foodie’s answer to pasta. The courgette is spiralised – a process that creates spaghetti from the vegetable. The sauce, a blend of tomatoes, fresh herbs and other yummy things is also raw, which when stirred into the spaghetti and topped with cashew sprinkles, creates a mouth explosion of fantastic flavours.



Sweet potato and squash – or other seasonal vegetables, are minced to create a rice-like texture which are mixed with spices, herbs, nuts and dried fruits to give a North African feel.  A good source of potassium and fibre needed for fluid balance, muscle function and good metabolism.
